Wealthychap, I'm not getting down on you, heres the thing, there are so many old codes, people who have used them, like myself, are getting, well let's put it this way, it's just a waist of time. A couple of new catagories should come into play, something like, 1: " Old casino codes, good for first time users" 2: "Brand new casinos, with new casino codes, everyone encouraged to try". Something along this line, would eliminate the waist.

Could be any number of reasons. Did you make playthru? Did you use two chips in a row? Have you ever depsoited there? Could you of perhaps had multiple accounts?
