I had the same problem RJ,  it took 23 minutes to install and then you also have to install the slots.  Contact support for the bonus you want, at least thats what I did.  The games were ok a bit tight, but FREE Cheesy

and you do not get too choose,

support told me i only get the $20 and that was all i got, so you dont choose what soo ever

just thought i would let you know what support told me, they said u can only get the $20

yeah.  you can get only $20 bonus. but for $40 and $50 bonus, they will select their players randomly . you will get it if you are selected. this was what support told me too.

and my $20 was last for a few minutes. didn't get a win more than $2. maybe it is just new.  overall, it's good.  i love the graphics. Smiley

Got it 20$ without any problem, the casino downloading process is very slow ( it took 25 minutes ) but the graphic and the games are really good! Wink

The support was really nice - the playthrough is 20x and there are NO excluded games! Unfortunately I lost everything. Would ne glad to hear if someone made it and if withdrawal went easy or not, because I'm thinking about a deposit.

Edit: I was also told that max cashout of the free chip is 50$

The slots looks fun from screenshots, but most major casino forums got this casino as a warning not to play, unknown software provider with none homepage and rules where any fault in the slots playing is NOT there problem so if u loose a bonus round or something they wont help, and saw one guy saying a slot frooze up just as he hit the bonus round was in free play though but still not fun to loose if it was real money.

Would wait a few months and see if anything pups up about this casino before deposit there just to be sure u dont loose your money guys.

i was told today by support that we have to wait 7 days to get another no deposit bonus from this casino, so try talk to support 7 days after you had the $20
