Does anyone know exactly what kind of list this is? Did they say how it worked? I have never heard of a list for free money at a casino before. Will they eventually go thru the list and add your bonus? Hmmm...
It sounds to me once again, the casino was over run with requests for free money and they have put a halt to the freebies.

Hello Daniel and welcome to the board.
I think it is fair to say that if the free chip was a test, then the test run was quite successful. I will go further and say Boards such as LCB are a large part in making that test successful.
You will find that the folks here do chase freebies, and also make deposits at casinos that establish a strong track record of timely payouts, good responsive customer service, as well as a good mixture of deposit bonuses intermixed with the occasional "freebie".
You will also find that folks here are quick to spread the word of their experiences, good and bad. On the good side (See Casino Titan and Lucky Red threads) it steers large numbers of people to that casino willing to place their money on the table. On the bad side the casino becomes somewhat of a bad joke(see any thread for the Virtual groups, Coolcat, Wild Vegas etc) and folks know that they would be foolhardy indeed to make a deposit there.
I for one started My online gambling with sites like Rushmore and Real Vegas Online. I was depositing at Club Usa and Inetbet at the same time. the latter would kick out freebies every couple deposits the former... none. Bonuses at all were standard 100-125%. I have not deposited at the first two in close to a year where I still deposit at the last two to this day.

Daniel~ Perhaps your operators at live support should have told us that when we queried the no-deposit. Instead, we were told we'd be put 'on a list' to receive the bonus. After waiting many many hours, I contacted live support again, and was told that the list is going out soon & my name would be on it. I"m sorry to say that I will now be very hesitant to play at this casino. |

yes daniel... i too was told i was on the list for 10 free......monty was the operator. i think we should have been told by support about these changes rather than being told about the list.i too will not deposit here becausre of this.

My thoughts are that if this was a test run and they got flooded unexpectedly, think the Grande Vegas opening, then the "List' was a measure to try to stem the tide.
The true test now comes in the casinos willingness to look at "the list" and once verified that the request came from a single user without multiple accounts, to honor the chip.
This seems to be what Daniel is saying is what they will be doing. So far, just the fact that they are listening and responding to the gripes is a plus in their favor.
There are always some issues discovered during a shakedown cruise, so to speak. The challenge is not in how you run things when everything goes as predicted, but how you handle it when the unexpected occurs... and how you follow through afterwards.
Myself... I will watch as things unfold.
(And kick myself for not registering to claim the free 10 bucks)
