Please beware of this  Lucky18Casino, they sent me an email today stating thay i could have 10 free no deposit bonuses, so i signed up, and tried to redeem the first bonus and it would not work,I tried the others and guess what, surprise surprise none of them worked, so i tried the free phone number they had for the uk, and guess what ? it did not work either, so i contcated live chat and spoke to Lisa, very nice person but said that these free chips had all gone,( I only just got the email )so she transferred me to her boss/supervisor, SEBASTIAN who after some discussion said I could not have any free chips, BUT IF I MADE A DEPOSIT HE WOULD GIVE ME A FREE CHIP.
HE Was very rude and tried to speak over me and he ended up shouting,So i told him to shove his casino up his A***.
This email was obviousley sent to get lots of new members to join with the promise of all these free chips, and when they join the casino dont keep their word,and try to get you to deposit.....SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS CASINO...LUCKY18CASINO, LUCKY18CASINO,LUCKY18CASINO,...and pass this on to your friends.

The complainant contacted us by chat hours later and after all ten coupons were already used and voided.  Our representative, kindly and repetitively, explained the situation to him for a considerable period of time, however, he refused to accept the casino’s policy regarding the free money offered. As he requested, he was immediately contacted on the phone by a manager, who exhaustively explained to him what was stated before and who was exposed to threats and unacceptable vocabulary during the whole conversation, very similar to the vocabulary used on his post in this forum (above).

also they are at it again admitting their mistake, i have just received another email from them again offering the same 10 no deposit code, and in the email they say they are offering them again due to LAST NIGHTS MISTAKE, anyone wants any proof of this 2nd email,let me know and i will forward it to you by email, and again guess what none of these codes work.
A bad lot.
They say they have never broke a compromise to a customer, but i am afraid they have for a good few potential customers....

We never stated that we did not make a mistake. We limited ourselves to point out what happened with ‘billyeadie’, he did not accept the free money coupon policy and adopted an inflexible posture, we even try to make it up to him.  We reaffirm our position regarding that player.

We understand that forum members play an essential role in the gaming industry, but in this particular circumstance the player approached the casino as an inquisitor and by using a language that no one in this forum or our casino uses.  Additionally, as was mentioned before, he threatened us by stating that he will spread the word about this misunderstanding, a fact that does not bother us at all. We recognized the slip and our moral capabilities do not allow us to hide it, on the contrary, we fixed it immediately.

We will keep on taking care of our players as we have done until now, with the same level of professionalism and honesty.

I to received the email. But I understood that only 10 people would be lucky enough to redeem. When I tried they had already been redeemed. I really was not expecting to be one of the lucky ones. I all depended on if I happened to be online when the email went out. and I was not. I appreciated the fact that they made the offer and the nd coupons were big ones I hope the ones who did get them won big. I do not think it was a scam but please remember to read the entire email before complaining. Grin

I personally have deposited over $100 at this casino without claiming a single bonus because they were always small deposits (not enough to qualify for a bonus since the minimum is $30 to claim a coupon).  I asked Live Help one day since I had put in almost $125 at the time without claiming a single bonus if there was a free chip I might qualify for and I was told I get nothing.  Don't get me wrong...I have heard very good things about this casino being a trustworthy place however...I have made deposits at other casinos and got a 200% bonus and a free chip a few days later for a $25 deposit.  From this place I got nothing for alot more of my money and no bonus claims along the way.  Just a bite to chew on.

I just wanted to make one comment over this whole situation. I used have a restaurant business and learned a lot.  I sometime had to loose some $$$ to satisfy customers but was not upset because I believe that they would come back for good services and they usually did come back.I can understand all the terms and requirement each casino come up with but this situation made me laugh(sorry). I mean for  over $10... why couldn't casino just give to him as a gift? why someone gets it and someone don't? that's just not fair. This casino could lost just  $10 but now lost more than /$10 customers which includes me.I am very disappointed in this casino.I will never, ever sign up for it.This forum is the place we all share our thought  and information so billyeadie did just that.
