Just an FYI...I spoke with "Maurice" from the customer service chat today.  He's a complete doofus.  He just sat there on the instant chat without even answering my questions.  He uttered about two sentences the entire time and did not seem the least bit concerned that a valued player had a legitimate gripe.  I then verbally spoke with "Miles" from the Casino's customer service today.  I've deposited with BetUS MANY times and asked him why I couldn't receive the bonus.  He informed me that this is a 'soft launch' of their software and the bonus money isn't even real.  I thought that a bit strange since they went out of their way to have a 'pop-up' message in the cashier stating that only players who personally received the bonus in an email message were allowed to claim it.  Needless to say, I told him to close my account.  I'll update everyone if I get any word from them.

I just talked to Mark in live-chat. He was not much help ethier. Said only people who recieved the e-mail were entitled to the bonus. Well that is not true as I recieved the bonus this morning and I never recieved any e-mail.  I don't think highly of live chat so far.  I am glad for all those who were able to get the bonus before this latest turn of events happened.  Suddenly you need an e-mail to recieve this bonus.

LUCKY25 did work for me.  A person from casino even called bout five min. after i downloaded to make sure everythng went ok with download and registration.

Sounds like a shake down cruise with things changing by the hour. I really do not think they were expecting the flood of takers they received. Bare in mind this board alone has seen over 1700 hits today, and the code is up there as #1 on another board that gets huge numbers.

To be fair, this is the first day in operation ... the big factor will be in how they handle the mixups.

I also was able to redeem both 50 then 25 with no problem, cant understand why some couldn't get one, this site has been around for a while and i have been a member for a few years and they have been great to me, but this is new software for the casino, but you can never figure out what any of these gaming sites are doing.
