thanks rick for your help
but i think i may have a different problem cause it says windows did not start successfully and then it load a page saying a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to my computer so im taking laptop to geek squad to see what is wrong maybe a virus . thanks for the info though i have it in my problem solving book. your name is at the top lol. thanks

sorry about your computer but do you have a data doctors store close by i would highly go to them you see when you go into the root system you have to be very careful and do not delete some other thing if not sure Don`t

found data doctors in dallas but cant get there so taking to geek squad at best buy to see what i can do.hopefully wont cost arm and leg for i need both lol lol thanks though will let you know the outcome. again i appreciate you alot. thanks

RICK,
I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO ROCK COMPUTERS IN SHERMAN AND BUTCH TELLS ME THAT WINDOWS CRASHED. HE WOULD HAVE TO RELOAD. I LIKE YOU AM VERY WARY OF GEEK SQUAD BECAUSE THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AS WELL. THE CPA I WORK FOR USES ROCK AND THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE. SO ILL BE UP AND RUNNING IN A WEEK. THANKS AGAIN

good i`m glad that everthing is going to be working again i hope it wasn`t what i said to do cause when you go into your system you have to be careful of what you delete anyway get it going and get to winning  |

Rick,
No butch said it was spyware and windows crashing,nothing to do with what you told me.He said you have to be careful downloading casinos because it lets all kinds of spyware and spam ware in. Im gonna have to be careful when im downloading...lol lol .Thanks will be back up and running soon.
