Like wealthychap has stated, as soon as you reach your playthrough requirements, they will take any monies above the max withdrawal away, which it even states when you enter the code and it is excepted. You were playing a coupon that the max cashout was $100, so that's what they left you with and that is what you could have withdrawn. Which is still pretty good as you were playing for free. Of course if you have played two free chips in a row without making a deposit which is the case with most of us on here, then you can not withdraw anything.
