They cancel an withdrawal, finding different reasons.

1. I beat off a bonus (I received 60 fs for registration,wager x10 or x15,no max.cashout) and delivered $130 for an withdrawal, having agreed to the commission of $20 (as I didn't do the deposit)
2. I sent scans: passport,bank statement,I'm+passport,my neteller account screen(vip,verified)
3. I waited for 4 days

Today my withdrawal was cancelled,chat-operator told to make the deposit of $10, to satisfy bonus wager conditions on the first deposit, to send scans of more quality (lol).
At me never was problems with verification,moreover, I sent the full set of scans.
