I've gotten that mailer numerous times. I got the same results you got except no credits as I left as soon as I saw it was so much bs. They keep sending and I just delete..I wouldn't even try again if it was 100, they should know by now what is wrong and correct this error if they want to be trusted.......

Yes, I got about 5-6 of these from Gold Vipclub  and they would not honor it.

They offered me instead a deposit coupon of 300%

I told them, my email was for 400%, or a no deposit of 15..they wouldnt give me either one.

I get nothing but grief from these guys anyway, so i just uninstalled it again.

Didnt get anything from Casino Cubed..that's weird.

SOunds like casino cubed has gotten a slimey affiliate, or they made a mistake in which casino they were trying to promote.

The 15 bigones is a DEAD give away to GVC

So I think the affiliate made  a major error and Casino Cubed is going to raise hell with them possibly..Or cut their.."ahem" off...Cheesy

Oh dear! No cutting of the..."ahem!"

Here's an update.

Hi, folks.

Re: my earlier post (bad mailer from casino?), I have an update. I doubt most of you will be surprised.
I've done some more research, had a "back of house" friend (works in Las Vegas casinos) take a look at the info, & then had a computer guru type (think Super Geek, cape and all!) review the mailing, the sites involved so far, & my computer. This is their informed opinion:

The mailers have "re-direct" links in them. My geek found 3 in 1 mailer, 2 in another & NO working links in another...yes, I've unsubscribed but without success. I now have at least 6 mailers from them, none of which are completely identical or work properly. The mailer is indeed from Gold VIP Club Casino, regardless of graphics or links.

I mention this because Billy's Casino Cubed was a recipient (bad link) in one of these mailers.
I just want to take a moment to say that they were truly golden in helping me. I know I already posted the live chat & as an act of good faith they did comp me a "no strings" chip of $15 US.
Have you EVER heard of an RTG giving a no strings chip?! I was able to play slots, v-poker, etc. & that $15 lasted fairly well, at least as long as any other RTG I've played at. I can't speak to any other aspect of their site but their support & management (this was quite late at night, their time) were spot-on & very helpful. They helped to confirm the bad link, identified it, & STILL comped me the chip.
So for CS (thanks again JC!) & management at least they have my vote. I'll probably deposit & play there in the next day or so &, based on results, I'll post any thoughts I have on payout etc.
And, um, not to lecture, but PLEASE don't run right out & demand that chip. Legit' RTG sites are too rare to fool about with...and, yes, I'm also one of those shameless free chippers--at sites I don't pay to play.

Long story short, at NO time will Gold VIP Club Casino be getting my money. This spam/slam tactic is repulsive & frustrating & ridiculous.
Hope you folks have all luck & lots of free money!
Oh, and sorry, Jim, for all the editing etc...You're the best!

Ruby? Thanks for the posting and replies and such.

This is VERY interesting as this shows how low people will go to besmirch the good name of another casino it seems or get them in trouble.

And best of all , it shows that Casino Cubed is a decent casino and has an open mind to everything.

I tried the unsubscribe link, writing them emails with threats 2 report them and neither worked. The only way I have been able 2 successfully unsubscribe from GOLDVIPCLUB is to reply with unsubscribe as the subject. You must do this 2 all of the seperate mailers, but eventually they will finally stop.
