Hi, It may be the amount of money you have to spend. They told me once they give them out at their discretion.  It may go by loyalty points. I have been in the platinum group, so I guess I spend way too much money :.  I haven't been getting them at Rich Reels lately, but always get them every Tuesday, thru an e-mail notice, without fail.
