Want to emphasize that MICROGAMING sites are DEFINATELY "out-of-the-US!" *DON'T* attempt to use a bogus Country-Code and HOPE to "fix-it-up" with live-support later!
In the last two weeks I've opened accounts at "ALL SLOTS" and "ROYAL VEGAS" that way... and have been allowed to make "$$$ contributions" to those Casinos via their cashiers... only to find my accounts LOCKED on the following day. Although I didn't have any winnings in my accounts... Live-chat-support stressed that the on-site documentation *clearly* states that "Any winnings will be considered NULL-and-VOID!"
--> NO amount of begging or whining seems to influence the outcome...
