I got mine through live chat late last night.
I met the wagering requirements and still have 750$.
It's too bad there's only a 50$ max cashout.
Anyway, I tried to withdraw but none of the withdrawl options seem to be working? Huh?
A message comes up for check, echeck, ewallet-"due to certain withdrawl limits, this method is not available at the moment"-anyone know what this is about?

Had the same message last night with vegas regal.

Online support explained to me that you would have to make a verfication deposit of 25 before withdrawing. "Standard procedure for all Rivals."

I am new at posting but not new at gambling lol.  I requested the free 21 as stated BUT have given up.  I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. 

I have had an aol email account for years!  I use it for everything.  I noticed that even though I still get email with the aol.com on the end of my email address when I send an email it has aim.com on the back of my address. 

This has now caused a problem with Gold Rock/Casino 21.  I requested the bonus.  I get an email saying I need to request it from the email address I signed up with.  I explained that I had no control over the change and that it was indeed the same email address.  I then forwarded support the actual Gold Rock email.  At the top it came to my screen name with aol.com at the end.  When I forwarded it had my screen name with aim.com at the end.  They still will not budge.  At this point I do not even care about the bonus but it was getting them to understand what I was trying to explain. 

I was wondering if anyone else has ever dealt with the whole aol/aim mail dilemma?  I had used this email for so long I never encountered any problems until now.  Should I just go to each casino I have accounts with and change it to the aim?  My use my wallet account and everything else is set up with the aol.  Should I update that too?  Now that this has happened I am worried about any potential cash outs I may have later.  I hope someone can understand what I am saying and maybe can offer some help Smiley.  I searched all morning so far on how to get it switched back but cannot find a solution.  Thanks for reading for my post!

Now I think I may have another problem.  I signed up at playfair about a week or so ago.  I have made about 5 deposit so far.  I used one credit card and use my wallet.  I received a fax back form stating that if I want to make a cash out or use another credit card I need to send in the required information.  Since, I was only going to use the same credit card and hadn't made a cash in I wasn't concerned about the form.  I went to login just now and it says I cannot log in and to contact support.  I talked to live chat and they said I had to send in the fax back form because I used a credit card.  I am going to email my docs but now I am wondering if I will run into the same problem that I had with Gold Rock?  I can't update my email address first because I cannot log in.  If I send the documents it will have the aim address and this could throw up a red flag.  This is becoming a nightmare!  Any suggestions?

Is that right...well I think they can take this bonus and stick it.
Along with All the other Rival Casinos who just decide they have a problem when they see fit.

There are tons of promos in my casino, except this one, so I go into chat and ask them about it...they said oh, I was bonus banned, they will send security an email that I enquired about the bonus.  I told them I never was banned in my life, except this is becoming a regular thing when Rival has a new Promo lately.  They just gave me a birthday bonus a couple days ago, so they must have pulled this one our of their butts, which is a great place they can also stick this bonus...thanks for nothing.
