Rena, It looks like they do. I downloaded and pulled down the country listings and as usual with RTG registration, United States is at the top of the list.

I just spoke to live chat and they said; no they don't. That is confusing when thier registration page includes the US but on the other hand they don't accept us players. So if your in the us, don't bother.
