I am so upset, I just went to live support and asked about the Christmas free bonus, I deposit there and my last transaction was a deposit, well they were very cold to me, he said I should have gotten an email, no no he said " I DID GET AN EMAIL" and i check my email everyday and I check my casinos everyday, a few times during the day if I'm not going to deposit....I didn't get an email with any free money or one that said there was going to be free money, I did get one that said something about a deposit bonus and I don't use them, don't like the requirements so I don't use them.. anyway, he said they sent me one I said no, he said it expired anyway....whats up with that????????? I am so upset, I honestly can't believe I am this upset over this but they just didn't seem to mind that one of thier depositors didn't think it was right that they didn't get the Christmas money, I even said it wasn't a big deal that I just thought it was strange that I was a depositor and didn't get offered the present, they were just very cold in my opinion and I don't know if I'll be putting anymore of my money in there, isn't like I asked for free money I was just wondering, but if he would have offered me some free money, that would have been very generous seeing that I do put my hard working money in their casino...am I wrong???? No, but he was in my account, you would think he would have said, you live in Ohio USA your not able to recieve the free money, like I said he even told me I got an email with or telling me about it and I didn't...Oh well can't dwell on it, it just baffels me that it upsets me this much....crazy!!! lol thanks mrgmomma67

I didn't get anything either and I too have made a few deposits there....just got off with online support and they told me the same thing about an email and if I didn't get the email then I'm not eligable....ha...but I am eligable for deposit bonuses!!! It's whatever though, I will just simply stop making deposit's there. There is nothing worse than a casino having a promotion going on but only for "selected" customers! And LCB isn't the only place I've seen this bonus posted at.............. >:(

GET THIS ! I received the 25.00 "Cleo 25 Daily Chistmas Chip" promo claimed it (the casino deposited in my account) Wasn't able to play it right away, but when I did log back in , IT WAS GONE!Contacted live chat and asked them what happened and I was given the run around that the bonus expired,but I explained to them that I had claimed it and it was in my account ready to play and the guy on live chat was stuck on stupid and kept telling me that the promo had expired for 20 minutes I went back and forth but got nowhere so even if you do get anything from them play it ASAP or they'll probably take it back like they did me...I personally would NOT deposit there. Obviously your money isnt safe there.This experience in this Rival Casino was a joke!................T.T.F.N. >:(

I went into my account and guess what was there, yeah the $25.00 Christmas money I was asking about hmmmm, suppose to be in an email,,, hmmm supposed to be expired??? Not upset anymore, cause I was right, support was wrong, and because of the fact of poor customer service to your depositors you might have lost some good customers. It is so nice that we have this forum, when will they realize, word of mouth means well I would say just about everything when it comes to these casinos, I for one listen to every member on here when it comes to depositing, thats why I'm a member, we all look out for one another, thanks fellow members, its nice having others listen and back you up, or just let you state your opinion...
