i dont think this casino gives free spin,coz i did register to this casino 2 mounts ago for free sign up bonus,but they didnt give nothing and $37 free promotion didnt work aswell,that game on the list but there s not free 10 spin.thanks if it is on your list bewbush, they said you must play it at max 3.75 and spin for 10 spins = 37.50...just claim the promotion, and go to the game |

I just spoke with support about this progressive bonus. I did receive an email invite, the game shows in progressives..but nothing where list of bonus' are located. So I asked support how its claimed. She reviewed and came back saying I need an hour cooling off period before claiming any other bonus from rival casino. This confused me, because I did claim that $20 promo last week at Vegas Regal to try new slot. But didn't claim any bonus since then. Luckily am still playing on that other bonus but never heard of a cooling off period of an hour. So will see if in an hours time its there or not at Irish Luck |

Thank you nalgenie.. I did afterall get the free spins. My confusion was with the hour..since I did claim the promo last week when first came out, I wasn't sure if that meant an hour after reaching zero balance or not. Seems its an hour between playing on a bonus rather than the claim time. I still have a balance at Vegas Regal. |

I guess I downloaded the casino too late. I spoke with live chat today and the BC ten free spins promotion is over, at least that is what live chat stated. They claim they had no other free chip promotions at the time but did offer a deposit bonus. I was hoping to get a free chip to try the new Rock game out. Oh, so sad, too bad.  |
