Not eligible either and im also a depositing player, and Neil was an ass! And so was Evan earlier in the day! I was just trying to get some free spins earlier, they are very disrespectful, i deposited 3 times over the weekend and when i asked if i could get this bonus Neil said "We've told you like 6 times today, you are not eligible for a free bonus". I'm totally sick of this group. I deposited twice last week and got a $5 lottery bonus.

Many of us have accounts their. But no longer deposit for the same reasons. We keep them open for freebies and that's it. I used to be a heavy depositer as well. But because of poor CS and lack of promos. They have some system in place. If you call the customer service # from a private #. They still know where you are calling from.
