I thinks its BS that they allow more than one account to be opened per household, but as soon as a second account is opened, NO more free promotions for either account because of the same IP. My girlfriend had an account, logged in from her laptop using my wireless, and now I cant get any free spins. I even had my IP changed and told them that her account would no longer be signed into from my new IP, and he said, "Sorry". BS

hey allyson you are not alone...i deposit at three of the genysis casinos, and i am also not eligable, and i have been treated pretty rudely too. oh well, next time they send me an email with an "invite", they will probably be getting a reply something to the effect of "im sorry, but you are not on my list of invites to receive ANYMORE of my money or business. good luck wherever else you play though,and keep it posted if you find anywhere that is trustworthy enough.

I was looking forward to them too. I checked one acct mid morning on Thur and it said' you have redeemed max # of times', I've got that before and just had to wait a few hours. Now it says' code invalid'.

While I agree on some points and by no means are they a favorite casino of mine....they seem to have somewhat consistently still offered freebies to US customers even after the somewhat recently shutting out of US customers by most casinos. It seems like people get upset with this group because they offer more rewards to non depositors than depositors or the unseen "invite list" they always talk about includes some but not others. If they would just offer straight across the board or show more loyalty to depositors they would find more would be loyal to them or actually like them. When it comes to this group and a freebie is found somewhere they have everyone and anyone trying to manipulate them to give it to them (including myself). I guess my point is they need to just be more consistent and ALWAYS give the freebie to depositors if they are going to give it to non depositors.

If you are able to get the 25free, can you cash out from it? I got it last week and lost, but then thought I read somewhere that I couldn't have cashed out anyway. I did cash out $500 last year from a 25free, so that is disappointing if it's changed.
