That same with me. I receive email with code 25free, but... nothing. Support told me that I receive this email with error...Dishonest casino.

:-pp Got an email with the code 25FREE yesterday for Mandarin Palace.  The email comes from Mandarinpalace.com  I tried to redeem sais not elligible.  I did contact support & was told my email was not on the master list !!!! I did put a copy of the email for support to see....I was told, ten, that it was from a forum !!!

How can this be when the contact in the email is MandarinPalace.  Fed up with them closed all my acct.

I too got the email and I am a depositor and they told me I did not get the email and when I forward it to them he said " it must be from a forum."

You will never believe this, when I went to the email that was sent to me Friday so I could forward it, it had now been changed to something else and the offer was GONE :o *-*

yes that happen to me with coolcat casino.i won $7.700 on a 100%match deposit bouus no max cashout .that i had received in a email.after i made the play though of 25 times bounus + deposit.i cashout out $7,700 they told me that i could only cash 10 times my deposit which was $40.00 all i could cashout was $400.00 .when i went bach to the email it was changed form no max cashout to 10x deposit.; but i had printed a copy of the original email

Guess we will need to print any email we use the bonus from...

I was thinking about how they could do this and I think if they enter the information in the email using a link like a link to an image... then they change the information at that link's address on the web then the next time we opened it, although it would still open the same link it would show us the new information at that link address... this would not be difficult, but it would be very underhanded.

But he forgot to change all the text and at the tab and browser it still says Mandarin Palace and $25 free *-*

No, they could not get into the actual email in your account... they don't need to... since you can view it online by clicking that link, the whole thing is a link and all they have to do is change the page that link is pointing at and it would change on their site and in your email because everytime you open that email it is actually calling up the link and that is what you are actually viewing. Now, if there is other information in the body of the email that is outside of the link they can't change that... it is direct to email, not linked to email. Anyway that is the way I believe it works... I ain't no guru... LOL

The main picture was a big $25 Free with a lady...so  he changed it to the Big Score picture, but I guess he couldn't change the other text...

I had something like this happen to me. I had got a email saying claim 2 deposit bonuses, and receive 25 free spins. Well I claimed the 2 deposit bonuses the exact same day I got the email. Well when I went to claim the free spins, live support told me that promotion had expired. I said BS, I just received the email today. He said go back and read the email at the bottom. Low and behold I went back and at the bottom it said it had expired  the day before. I was like WTF!!!!

Went back to talk to a different rep to see if I would get different results...
