Tazzie, The offer was from the casino itself back in May and has since expired. I am just another player to them there as they have no affiliations with LCB. Best I can suggest is trying there live chat or telephone option (They are on Eastern Standard time). |

Michelle is giving me run around routine for who knows what reason. First she told me the same thing, that it is a 100% match bonus. After I asked her how 100% match differs from $100 free players card she told me this:
"The players card is distributed throughout Canada by our affiliates. This means that our affiliates give out the card. If you have received one of these cards, you may redeem it for $100".
When I asked her why is that promotion listed on their page without mentioning anything that would point out that it is exclusive offer I got this answer:
"The information regarding the players card is listed under the promotions menu to inform customers that have received that card."
Right now I am waiting to hear from Michelle where are they licensed for about 10 minutes. I`ll keep You posted how it ends.
Anyway, casinos doing these kind of stunts are on my personal rogue list and this one is not only on mine rogue list so be careful and don`t bother at all.

Thanks for feedback.
I only saw the chip offer, but as I have an existing account did not get any particulars. I will say that the 100% and the $100 are listed as two separate offers on their main page.

Yes they are 2 totally different offers but it is a bait nothing more. I created account there when I saw this thread pop up in forum, when tazzie made a post. I went there and saw promotion and there was no one on live support to ask for details. I tried couple of more times to get to live support but they were always offline. Michelle is still ignoring my question about license, 30 minutes passed.  , she does not know how stubborn I can be in these situations. I even got slots history from site telling me that they don`t have them, in excell format, after 10 days of citing regulations. I just keep writing a little so that connection dont get timed out EDIT: it did eventually time out. Now lets go again. Live support doesnt have this information, will wait for email response. |

No one will get $100 from this casino,I spoke to support,and they gave a typical excuse,that this players card would have to be received from canadian affiliates,(a load of absolute rubbish)So I told them to shove their casino,and the misleading information.
I own an International Onlline Auction which is viewed by 1.5 million people every 3 months aprox,and I told Don Carbone Support, i am going to post a warning on there,that they may be conning people into signing up with the promise of $100 free.I wont touch this place with a bargepole.and I will Post that warning to help other people.Good Luck all

I just talked to support as well. You need the PHYSICAL card to play. So I ran a couple searches... I can't find a thing. Really fishy. And probably a load of bull.  |

OK, just had a long conversation with their support and affiliate people. It seems there is an Affiliate group in Canada that is doing a mass mailing of "Don Carbone Gift card's" to players all over Canada. The website offer of the $100 is tied to that promotion, yet erroneously does not mention anything about it on the web page. their people are working on t now to make it clear that this is an exlusive offer for those people who recieved said card. On the other hand they were amazed at the sudden flood of interest in their offer and are linking that flood directly back to us. I have invited them to send a casino rep to the board and look around, and possibly get us a similar exclusive. We will let the Powers that Be here talk to Their Powers that be and see what can be worked out, till then it is a wait and see type thing. Once more, it looks more like a promotion that went wrong betwixt the concept and the implementation. I will say I have played their games (same format as Bet2win) and their unique slots are a very nice change of pace. Hopefully we will all get a crack at them soon. |
