I did as well.but contact live support.They should credit you right away.I got it very quick.thing is make sure you use dollars as your currency because if your from canada an use pounds as your currency your disqualified for the bonus.But I got my thirty after contacting support.

Hi all, i had the same problem. i did register an pound account, because i don't put euro in. but i did spoke with live chat, with Walter and Joey and they are really nice and helpful!!! I'm from Australia and I got it in US$, I chose the US$ myslef, because then it's more affordable to make a deposit, I wasn't aware of any rules about currency and this bonus.
