I tried to download and install the software and it's in Spanish. Went to customer service and asked if they had it in English. It took her an extremely long time to get back to me so I disconnected. Don't want to join a casino who's customer service is that unresponsive at the very beginning. It's a bad sign. Thanks for the post though. It's not your fault that their software is in Spanish and their customer service is terrible.   Shocked

I was having a fine time and was up to about $100.  Clicked out of game and money was gone.  Then couldnt login, so checked with live support and this is the BAD news:
