I didn't get this bonus either, only $2 which I won on that wheel. I can't even play with it. I contacted support and this is what I got in a email from them.

Received $5 "FREE MONEY" on spinning wheel after registering account, but encountered familiar problems discussed above: (a) The CASINO software is distinct/disjoint from POKER-ROOM software; (b) confounding cashier mechanism for transferring  $ between funding sources, realities (REAL/FREE), and TWO software programs; and (c) "FREE MONEY" cannot be used for CASINO/slots (per Live-Chat-Support). Much more meaningful to simply walk away. |
