Have you logged in to the casino and checked your loyaty balance? You will see that there is 2000 points that equals 20$. Don't allways listen to what the support staff say cause often you will get wrong answers cause they don't have a clue whats going on...
I got it and so have lots of others.. you are the first one that have stated that you haven't.. Hope that you figure it out case I wish everybody to get as much freebies from the casinos as possible... I would think that's what everybody in this forum wants

I have contacted their live chat, but they couldnt confirm the $20 nd, or any kind of loyalty bonus.. as of sign up bonus , they offer 100% up to 150 in euros or 100 in pounds. the T%C are : make an deposit end then enter code CASJOIN playtrough is 20x(d+b) if you play slots, and (25x d+b) for BJ and other table games. Roulette and baccarat play does not count towards any turnover requirements. Once the WR is completed the bonus is fully cashable.... |
