Live support came on and I asked for a no deposit

They refused.

I then said "Our business is concluded, I shall uninstall"

Kept after me while I closed down the system...

No thanks, buncha cheap (Bleeps) and I did ask very nicely!

(NOTE: I then went to my email, I found an email from them. Replied back to  "Support@planet23.com" as was noted in email. Failure reply was sent in milliseconds. Man this place is stupid...If they can't get their act together like this, I won't put a penny on them!)
