Thanks, MommyMachine, I didn't see that.  The thing is though, I made the withdraw request on May 7th, sent in my dos on May 9th and it was still $250.  I got no response whatsoever from them and kept checking my account to see if they had approved it yet. I finally sent them an email asking what the deal was?  That's what gets me mad. It's like they took their time approving it and then change the max cash out amount in the meantime. Oh well, I am grateful for the $100 anyway.

I requested the withdraw about a week ago and no reaction. It is still in the pending status. I sent 2 emails to the support, which could not be delivered. The notification email about that, however, came 2-3 days after the email was sent, which is confusing, as normally it comes right back. The only thing I know: when I requested a withdraw of 250 after I made a 30 times playthorugh, they wrote immidiately that the rules changed and that the max cashout is 100 and the playthorugh is 40 times, so I'd had to wager more.

I'll keep you posted.

Did anyone got paid? The mail to there support are undileverable. Already have a pending cashout for 20 days. Nothing happened. I would not deposit here!

I did get paid, finally, after contacting them the 2nd time.  It was pretty fast too.  It was deposited into my account within 2 days!!!

I got the cashout - finally! Had to call the support via phone - from germany it is not free, but it worked. Have to revise my statement.
