The ironic thing is this guy has a history of bitching and moaning when he loses. He's been booted from numerous casinos for player fraud in the past, (multiple accounts,etc) and has even admitted to a gambling problem and has quit this forum years ago....but he keeps coming back.
 
If he hates me and his fellow players so much, why does he keep returning?

CM used to be a decent site. B was a fair man. That allowed its members to be members. Dunno what happened but he started acting funny.

If you are, it seems like your opinions about casinomeisters forum are a bit less worth than the ones from real contributing members.

From a member at several places I have to say that you donīt have to speak bad about one place just because you like another one better. Zuga is a member at CM and I am sure that he reads a lot there (at least he has) to catch up when it comes to issues here and there in the online casino world. These sites are not comparable, they have a completely different user group.

If by speaking badly you mean posting how the CM forum has changed and how there is a handful of members that are problematic, abusive and mis-quote other members and put words in their mouths and that they seem to get away with it and when the abused member responds to their comments they are the ones who are admonished;  then I guess I spoke badly. But instead of Bryan recognizing the abuse and trying to correct the way the forum is currently functioning, he chose to ignore the problem and ban me and many many members that had participated in good faith for years.  You are right about one thing, there is a different member base, and the member base on LCB seems to be more civil and helpful. That is why I suggested this site was a better choice, especially for U.S. players as we can benefit from the posts on new bonuses and casinos that accept u.s. players.

I asked chocolateman if he was the man behind all those aliases, mostly because that behaviour indicates some "problems". I still don't know if Chocolateman is the same person as the one who created all those aliases at CM.

I don't know how many "pets" you are referring to here, but bashing at different places isn't ok IMO. If I don't like a place, I leave!

footdr,I cannot give any feedback about the other forum because LCB was the first one I went to and had no need or desire to go elsewhere.

I joined LCB on April 4,2009 so today is my anniversary or maybe birthday;)

Sigh.........i had a big long ole post that got lost during the upgrading but let me take a stab at it again.............

I do agree that there is definitely a different group of members here at LCB. Sometimes i am amazed at how well everyone really gets along considering it is a public forum. I have always felt LCB had a certain charm.

The last thing people want to do is go to a forum where there is bickering and bashing one another. After awhile that gets pretty old. Sometimes threads do get heated but at the end of the day no one ever holds a grudge and if things escalate the staff tries to calm it down.

We have an amazing group of members and LCB is surely blessed.

Well I decided to take the bonus and try this casino. I have had the best support experience compared to acceditated casinos I normally pay. My documents were approved quickly after making a 956.00 withdrawal via check. I received a call the day after withdrawal from a very helpful player manager who advised me to contact him direct if I experienced any problems. He gave me his direct extension and email. Yesterday my withdrawal was approved without incident and I was advised payment would be made within 7 to 10 days via overnight express fedex or ups. I had none of the problems other players mentioned back in 2008. Not even sure why they are rouged. It seems to me that many casinos get a bad rap because players fail to follow the terms and conditions. Once again, my experience at a rouged casino has been nothing but good.

After depositing at the usual casinos, CW, INETBet and not winning a thing over the past month(longest no win period for me in the past 5 years). I am glad I decided to play as 800.00 win on a 30.00 deposit is awesome.

You can't always rely on casino ratings as you may have a different experience than other players.

I need the money so I am will to make a small deposit to check a new casino out(new to me).

Actually you were fooling everyone.....in fact you were deliberately misleading everyone that you only took the free chip, when in fact you deposited. Nice.

You're not an affiliate. You're just a player who doesn't give a stuff about any other player and how they have been cheated....just as long as you get your money. I have no doubt you mentioned this forum to persuade them to pay you so you might come and tell everyone how they are actually quite awesome....and you didn't let them down.

The whole thing about "I'm gonna leave" and "so are all my friends" blah blah is absolute dramatic, attention seeking hogwash. If you truly feel what you say, then just leave. It's high school stuff to go around threatening to leave.

I'll also tell you one thing....the people who have left here over the years blaming other members failed to look inwards and think about why members challenged their views and opinions in the first place. Using the "xxx is too mean" excuse is really pathetic. If your views are solid and well-formed and reasonable...then you'll never have a problem with me that's for sure. If you do have a problem with me, then the above should tell you why. If you want only certain people to post (which you continually advocate), and only want others to agree with you, then start a blog....forums are obviously not for you

I never posted that I was leaving and so were my friends as Nifty quoted me. That was an outright lie.
Regarding "only wanting certain people to post, he is referring to my comments about members like him constantly posting on a thread for which they had nothing informative to offer, such as posting snide remarks on the thread "rushmore withdrawal delays" where members actually waiting for payment were posting their information and updates on their withdrawal. He had no withdrawal pending so he just continually replied to posts admonishing members who had deposited and played at this "rouged casino group". I never once posted that certain members should not be allowed to post on a thread and to the contrary I said anyone should be allowed to post but that it is not helpful when their post has nothing to do with the subject of the thread and is only made to verbally attack other members comments, call them names, misquote them and so on.

Just wanted to make this post to one, vindicate myself, two,  hope CM members read this  here as I can't post on CM.

He/She mentions my posts about chargebacks.  Not once at anytime I was a member at CM did I every make any statements promoting, supporting or suggesting players initiate chargebacks. But a back and forth started between myself and a handful several members regarding the right to dispute charges where the casino failed to comply with their own terms and conditions, banking information posted on their website regarding withdrawals and where the player attempted to "work" with the casino, allowing them plenty of time to make payments.  And, especially when months pass and all the player is given is excuse after excuse or emails go unanswered.

I mearly posted that legally, a dispute is not the same as a Chargeback as only the Bank can make the decision to initiate a chargeback and only after the entity/processor that submitted the transaction is given 30-90 days(depending on the bank) to respond to the dispute and provide their explanation and/or supporting documents. At anytime during the dispute processes the processor can make good on the paying the customer/player and the dispute is dropped and the Bank will not intiate the chargback or if the bank sides with the processor after receiving their reply, there will be no chargeback.


I believe that if a casino fails to adhere to their own terms and conditions, the agreement between the player and the casino is void.
But, every remedy should be addressed and the player should only dispute after giving the casino ample time to pay them(3 months is ample time in my opinion. Especially when the player has made many many withdrawals and has been paid within the time stated on the website and the casino failed to update their website processing times or failed to indicate longer processing times when a player asks how long it will take to be paid before depositing their money.

Just my opinion. And, my comments are not meant to pursuade anyone to agree with my opinion.
