Where Were You When Your World Stopped Spinning?

Hiya Guys and Dolls,

It was one of the most horrific days for Americans like you and me. No it's not the anniversary of 911, Elvis' b'day or when JFK got shot.

But if you are like me then you probably remember where you were and what you were doing on October 13th, 2005, exactly 6 years ago today...........

That's the day George W. Bush pulled a sucker punch right between the eyes of online gamblers and our freedom.

We have been through hell and back fighting one of the toughest battles and rebelling with every fiber in our bodies to keep on keeping on and play until every last shred of online gambling is stripped from us.

I got two words for George Bush on this most doomed day and it ain't pretty.....

Here here Lips!

You know what, it was awful on the poker sites.  I hated every minute that USA players were gone.  USA players brought a magic to poker that no other players bring - I can't put my finger on it, I just know that I loathed it for quite a while (although it didn't stop me playing at the particular site I was on).

I have to give kudos to each and every American who continues to take part in their favourite passtime of gambling be it on the casinos, bingo, poker or sportsbooks.  You guys have not gone down without a fight and for that, you should all give yourselves a huge pat on the back.

I hope that legalization on a fair scale comes to you all soon.

I know I had been playing on Roxy Palace and Spin Palace among other MG sites  for a while and doing pretty good.   I used to play the progressives back in the day and used to look forward to playing all the new MG games every month... ah the good old days.      Deposits were easy, remember Neteller?   Man,   I can't believe they didn't stick up for us better.   Really sad ya' know.      It seemed like almost overnight they booted us out.   That hurt.
I'm very grateful to the ones that stayed and didn't abandon us.
