I went to the letter box two days ago and there was a Gold CD (amount $1500) from Golden Tiger who are part of Casino Rewards.  Put the CD into the hard drive, it down loaded and I could not activate to play.  Spoke to online help and was told that I was not entitled to play.  Why send me a CD telling me that I have won $1500 and that very few people are sent the Gold one?

Because I had played the bonus else where in 2006.  First time I recieved the awful CD.  Apparently one of Casino Rewards casinos.  I complained to Golden Tiger and the Casino Rewards group 5 days ago and I have not recieved a reply.

Thank you for your response, inparticular what a shark some casino operators are.  What concerns me the most is that a CD gets sent, with a convincing letter that a person has actually been selected and qualifies.  On actioning the CD and letter it is made out by the casino that the offer has already been used.  I have no recall of playing a $1500 bonus with the offer in 2006 in any of Casino Rewards casino.  I doubt any such offer has been repeated.
