Hi

I went to the letter box two days ago and there was a Gold CD (amount $1500) from Golden Tiger who are part of Casino Rewards.  Put the CD into the hard drive, it down loaded and I could not activate to play.  Spoke to online help and was told that I was not entitled to play.  Why send me a CD telling me that I have won $1500 and that very few people are sent the Gold one?

Because I had played the bonus else where in 2006.  First time I recieved the awful CD.  Apparently one of Casino Rewards casinos.  I complained to Golden Tiger and the Casino Rewards group 5 days ago and I have not recieved a reply.

so sorry to hear that, but you have to used to it.  I get sent tons of stuff via email and snail mail that dont work.  I deposit on a regular basis at palace of chance and cool cat, every week.  When i get sent codes I try them at these two places and they wont go thru because you cannot have 2 free chips in a row, but, boy they take my deposits in a hurry without any winnings!!  Seems to me that they would be more than willing to offer more codes in a row just to keep players coming back and depositing.

Thank you for your response, inparticular what a shark some casino operators are.  What concerns me the most is that a CD gets sent, with a convincing letter that a person has actually been selected and qualifies.  On actioning the CD and letter it is made out by the casino that the offer has already been used.  I have no recall of playing a $1500 bonus with the offer in 2006 in any of Casino Rewards casino.  I doubt any such offer has been repeated. 

I will elaborate on key contents of the letter:
Congratulations you got a gold CD
You are one of the lucky few to receive a coveted gold CD from prestigious Golden Tiger Casino which means...
You have won $1500 - prize only valid if you are ****** ****** of *******...
$1500 and 60 minutes to win big
Happy gaming and we hope you enjoy playing your $1500 at Golden Tiger Casino

I noticed in very small print * keep up to $200 of your winings.  Please read terms and conditions carefully before playing.

I did not solicit the casino, they solicited me. :Smiley
