I deposited 25£ in Vegas Palms, got the 50£ bonus, and turned it into 1500£, fulfilling the wagering requirements. Then I lost the card I used to deposit. I withdrew 500£ to another card and got in within a week. However, when I tried to withdraw the other 1000£, I got a message that my account is locked and they can't do anything about it! What should I do?

Maybe they locked your account because you withdrew to another card other than the original one that was used. They might not have caught that right away but when they did they locked your account because they suspected fraud or something like that. I would go to live support and talk to them. Microgaming casinos have always been so good to me as far as paying out and the one you speak of is part of the fortune lounge group which is pretty big. Fortune Lounge casinos have ALWAYS paid me when I have won and within 2 days. I would seriously try talking to them and explain your situation. It can't hurt!
