   Hi Gang:
 Wow, is it already the end of August on the calendar?  This summer has flown by.
              Cheesy Did everyone have fun? Cheesy
 
           In the beginning of Summer I had a list of things I wanted to accomplish and I did pretty good with the list on getting it done.

           I got some trees cut down,
           I went to my family reunions,
           I visited Mackinaw,
           I was able to see alot of my new nephew.
           I also re-stained my front deck.
  Not a huge list, but time consuming none the less.
 (Wont be long and I will be raking leaves.)

   What are some things you guys have accomplished this sumer??

Stayed unemployed..
Gained some weight.
Relaxed quite a bit (Obviously)

Compared to what I wanted to accomplish..I've done ok..still fed, have a room and even have a bit of cash to play with.

Hi PMM,

Had lots and lots of bbq's....and laughed alot...had lots of new bbq recipes. Had smores....that's really important....almost let the summer slip by without that! Learned alot of new cocktail concoctions.

Garden came up with nice....tomatoes....cherry tomatoes....bell peppers....jalapenos peppers...eggplant...zucchini  and cucumbers. Not happy about my flowers this year  Sad. Planted from seeds last summer and they were beautiful....this summer NOTHING came up that i planted and yes they were perennials!

Went to some fairs and state fairs. The lake...my fav past time. Badminton and volley ball....that gets seriously competitive!!!

Last but NOT least i made a lot of new friends here at LCB that i adore!!!

i was honestly thinking of what i did this summer, after reading pams list,
then looked at yours, and noticed..ours is almost identical
played LOTS of slots...slots...slots...ok..get a life...
