I am a bit sleep deprived too but I make up for those lost hours once every two weeks or maybe once a month when I get a spare day and sleep for 12 to 14 hours. I'm not sure that it's what the doctor would prescribe but it works for me.

I give my daughter melatonin to help her sleep. If I didn't give it to her, she would stay up til 3 or 4 in the morning. It is a natural supplement that you can buy in the vitamin section

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
