lost aprox 800.00 over a month, then won 1000.00, requested 1000.oo withdrawel, the next day they locked my account. would not reply to emails, called them they said fax copies of drivers licence, credit card, utility bill, uneasy about that but did, no response again to emails.called them they said faxed documents to dark, had ups company fax my documents, again no reply to emails called again, they said documents still to dark, i informed them that professinal company faxed them that i have copies that perfectly clear, but went to ups to again fax documents for a third time, i emailed roxy support, roxy accounts roxy customer service, no replys from any dept., called canadian number they wont answer, my account still locked out. imagine if you won a jackpot with this outfit. affiliates of roxy casino, roxy porker,casino slendido, ive been on other sights and this is the only one that has ripped me off bruce
