I luv penguins  Wink Wink Wink and I also played penguin power slot often, haha.  As I read about them, they said penguins could fly before, but they eat too much, their body become to heavy for them to fly and eventually they lost the ability to fly.  This video is cool, I'm suprised to see they can fly, lol.   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

fyi, technically penguins do fly...though underwater; their movement is more akin to flying than swimming

TAAADAAA, not even the rain forest gave it away!?

At first, when they were just starting to lift off, I was thinking "oh, ok, so it looks like they can actually get some air for 8 or 10 feet or so; about like a flying fish I guess." Then comes the scenes where there's dozens of them all about 100 feet off the ground. At that point I'm thinking oh, no way, how the hell can they do that? Their bodies are way too big and their wings way too small! It did look totally real but at the same time I'm thinking there's no way nobody has ever observed this kind of thing before. No way. There was some slight sliver of doubt right up to the time they got to the rain forest, then the jig was up. That's when I remembered seeing some other BBC farce like this before. Can't remember what it was about, but it was about as realistic and serious sounding as this one. So I knew they were up to their old tricks again.

It is very impressive though.

Scientist reveal the secrets behind the Cats Lap...
I grew up around cats all my life and i never knew this.. their tongue laps in a backwards roll.. very interesting... scientists beleive this is because their whiskers and face are very senstive doing this keep it dry..

Engineers have used high-speed videos and mechanical gizmos to figure out the mechanics of a cat's drinking style, confirming what most pet owners know already, Cats are way different from dogs.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-JUo_2eyuU   <~~watch video

Dogs drink by dipping their tongues into liquids like ladles. A little pool of water is brought into the mouth every time Fido takes a gulp from the toilet bowl. Cats, in contrast, touch only the curled-back tip of the tongue onto the surface of the liquid. When the tongue is drawn back up into the cat's mouth, a thin column of the liquid is drawn up as well. Then the cat closes its mouth around that column.

They found that domestic cats average about four laps per second, with each lap bringing in about 0.1 milliliters of liquid. In contrast, tigers, lions and jaguars lap at less than half the rate. In each scenario, the lapping action strikes a balance between the inertia that makes the liquid rise into the cat's mouth ... and the gravity that makes the liquid fall.

the mechanics of a cat's tongue could be adapted for robotic devices that move water around using soft structures (like, say, an elephant's trunk). There might also be some evolutionary lessons to be learned from the differences between the drinking habits of cats and dogs.

Roman Stocker, an engineering professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who specializes in fluid dynamics, admitted in a Science video interview that the research was "somewhat unusual.
But when you get right down to it, the experiment was "purely curiosity-driven," Stocker said.
"Although people may not appreciate that, curiosity is often what motivates science," he said. And the nicest part is that in this experiment, curiosity did not kill the cat.

this video here is the original OMG cat.. very funny, very unbeleivable.. be sure to view this one

Interesting. Veerrry Interesting.

I'm not sure how this info can refine my slots play, but that's probably because I haven't considered it long enough. Gotta keep thinking. Keep trying to to think ...

Carry on ...   Huh?
