Title: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: TAAADAAA on May 04, 2009, 12:15:36 AM hello LCB experieced gamblers,
I have had this experience in the past, but still doing it sometimes now that when I know that I am eligible to cash out my winning. Instead of stop playing, I always hit some extra spins, for example, I am winning $500, I told myself, let continue playing, if I lose another $50, then cash out or maybe I can win more. I didn't win after that, and I tried this several times. Even worse, I made a withdrawal already and came back to do the reverse and lets say, losing another $100, then decided to let it go, lol. Question for you guys is "did you win more, break even or lose when you know you are eligible to cash out?" (compared with the amount you have at the time you know you can cash out) below are casinos that I tried to win more, but end up not what I wanted, ;D Davinci from $500 to $400 slottocash from $400 to $250 Money casino withdrew $600, reversed, down to $500, then cash out slotpower from $450 to $350 Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nalgenie on May 04, 2009, 01:02:51 AM most of the time it goes right down as soon as you meet the cashout requirements on Rivals..couple times Club Vegas cashed out 1000+
had it up to 2400 once, 2200 Absolute Slots, Same thing..2200, but only cashed out 500 :-\ but as far as you question goes...I could have cashed it out at the 2200 if I wasn't having fun. Microgaming Casinos much better luck..have started out very low, and cash out thousands. Much easier to win more with larger bankroll, than a Rival Gaming Casino Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: drpsyce38 on May 04, 2009, 06:02:47 AM Well...this is where basic human psychology takes over. Back when I was had my psychology practice I did some treating of "problem gamblers." (I did not treat addicts.) LOTS, I repeat, LOTS of people got into a real funk, or depression, over winning $500, $1000, PLUS and then putting it all right back into the machine. The fact you walked away with a majority of your winnings is actually a good sign!
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: soda69 on May 04, 2009, 06:29:54 PM I need to be able to adjust from playing at a land-based casino to playing online. I've been up a few times but failed to cash out online and sure enough - I'm back looking around for bonus code. Thinking about it today max. bet are much lower than at a land based casino cuz sometimes that $2000 or so I would have in an online account would just be one bet at the BJ table in a land based casino - I'll have to try something and see if it works online as well as it has been great for me playing at a casino. I'll get back on that one. The only thing is up to now I'm still skeptic about the online BJ - I can't trust it. And I haven't found a site yet where I feel comfortable playing for higher stakes. I think my highest bet ever might of been $50 with a double down...and of course lost. That's a huge difference when I can sit at a table and have confidence to bet $2000 and yet not have the confidence to bet $50 online - so when I look at that way -$50 online is ok keep playing until you lose it or get higher - cashing out $500...pretty good - cashing out $1000+ - awesome
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: PMM2008 on May 04, 2009, 06:39:29 PM I always seem to lose more on line than if I was cashing out at a land based casino. Something about not having that money instantly makes me continue to play. Now,on line, once I make the playthru where ever I end up I certainly try to cash out immediatly, or at least to the nearest dollar amount. Land based casinos are easier to cash out for me, as all I do is walk up and cash in, then walk out. The temptation is much less for me, than in on line casinos. PMM2008
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: drpsyce38 on May 04, 2009, 07:38:06 PM I think the chance of winning more money at a land based is greater. For a lot of reasons, from RNG issues to psychological issues with online play, online is really tricky. Also, I agree 100% with the above-mentioned comments about online blackjack. I have seen some weird stuff delt with online blackjack!
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: satansmuff on May 04, 2009, 11:56:57 PM i hardly ever cash out when i'm winning...the few times i do actually come out ahead, i think that since things are lucky at the moment, why not try and bet bigger...of course i end up losing every time!!! good for you for at least cashing out something ;)

Poker is the only gambling game I play. I track my results day-to-day now, so I like to quit when I feel I've made enough (or if I'm tilting!). I hate to end on a low note.
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: lipstick_xoxos on May 05, 2009, 02:34:46 PM Hi Syst,

(in every aspect of my life, hehe) I have learned once I decide to cash out, I stay away from that casino. At one point in my gambling life, I had to leave the computer off for a few days or I would ALWAYS reverse the w/d. I can't ever remembering getting back to my original w/d amount.
GOOD LUCK ALL!! If I can't keep playing, then it's all over. I'll just play it thru. This is why I always try to deposit at a couple casinos at the same time. This way if one starts going down...I go to the other one, then If I need to make a withdrawal, then I go to the other one. I just have to keep playing!! Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 05, 2009, 04:52:59 PM I LOVE THIS FORUM!!!!!! I NEVER-EVER THOUGHT OF ACTUALLY DEPOSITING AT MORE THAN ONE CASINO AT A TIME!!! I AM GOING TO DO THIS TONIGHT!!! I WILL LET YOU GUYS KNOW HOW IT GOES!!!!
THANKS! Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nicenez112a on May 05, 2009, 05:09:23 PM i wouldn't deposit at more then one casino at a time,
if you have a special one i would deposit 25. and play with that, also it is easier to do playthru in the smaller amounts example 30 x play thru (30 x 25 =750) if you deposit 50 (30 x 50 =1500....a lot harder to play that thru), if you loose and you like that casino then i would continue to play there and deposit again, just do it in small amounts and try to build it up.... if you build it up enough for a cash out, then go to the next similar site..... Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 05, 2009, 05:59:13 PM Thanks hun! I play pretty much only at Allslots and Jackpot City. They are my old faithful sites! hehe
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: TAAADAAA on May 05, 2009, 08:59:03 PM I appreciate to all of the replies from you guys. There are some good ideas from you guys, but I will learn to apply two strategies if I am in this situation again.
1/ walk away when I'm ahead, learn to accept about the amounts of winning, small or big--->still winning ;D 2/ If the budget is allowed, I will deposit to similar casinos, take the bonus, and play there while waiting for the cash out Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nalgenie on May 06, 2009, 01:13:50 AM Since I have HUGE self control issues. Shelli..think that is bad?...I bought a safe and locked my power cords in it, then had to give the safe to someone out of the house so I wouldn't open it. Now at least you can flush the withdrawals. Before that..I never had a chance to get beyond the 24 hours...I quit all my other addictions so I could just concentrate on this one!! Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 06, 2009, 01:24:58 AM Dang!! That sounds like a GREAT idea, just concentrate on my gambling addiction!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! lol
Nal, I gotta question, I was thinking of depositing at Sloto'Cash, what is your opinion of them??? Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nalgenie on May 06, 2009, 01:26:18 AM Damn, I must have it bad...I guess. I start going through ALL the promotions at the end of the week, that's usually when they are the best. I make a list of them, on my notepad, with the playthrough requirement, etc, pick around the best 4-5 to give me around $400. worth of bonuses, then I play them when I feel like it. It usually gives me enough play for the week, between cashing out, etc. I can't remember the last time I played one.
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 06, 2009, 01:29:56 AM I learn something from you EVERYTIME you post!! hehe
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nalgenie on May 06, 2009, 01:32:12 AM Dang!! That sounds like a GREAT idea, just concentrate on my gambling addiction!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! lol Nal, I gotta question, I was thinking of depositing at Sloto'Cash, what is your opinion of them??? sloto cash gives me free money all the time.. every week I think..$10-$20 and I don't deposit that much Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 06, 2009, 01:34:33 AM I was thinking of giving them a try, I might take a 200% bonus, its only 15 x wagering, but I don't see anywhere about a max cash-out... hmm
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nalgenie on May 06, 2009, 01:37:11 AM I learn something from you EVERYTIME you post!! hehe that's nice to know...I learn a lot from people too. that's why I like it here. I really don't use the bonuses to much. It started out that way, but now, its just great to learn from everyone Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nalgenie on May 06, 2009, 01:42:00 AM I was thinking of giving them a try, I might take a 200% bonus, its only 15 x wagering, but I don't see anywhere about a max cash-out... hmm I never play any that put a max requirement..screw that. That's sounds like a good one. I usually play them almost every week, or every other week. Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 06, 2009, 01:48:30 AM Great, thanks sooooo much!!!!! It says in the T&C's that you can cash out anything over 1x!! So that looks like there is no limit!! woooooooooo hooooooooo!!
THANKS AGAIN HUN!! Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: wnanhee on May 06, 2009, 02:01:35 AM i hardly ever cash out when i'm winning...the few times i do actually come out ahead, i think that since things are lucky at the moment, why not try and bet bigger...of course i end up losing every time!!! good for you for at least cashing out something ;) Yeah, same here!!! I am a greedy, old woman... Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: TAAADAAA on May 07, 2009, 12:35:32 AM 2nd strategy will be applied today,
won $350 from a $50 deposit at Thebes today, I'll look for similar casino to deposit another $50 to play with. Not to mention that I won up to $500, then it went down hill in matter of min., then I stopped at $400 in the acct. ;D ;D, I need this as the last 3 days I lost too much. Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 07, 2009, 02:19:51 AM GOOD FOR U TAAADAAA!!!
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: nicenez112a on May 09, 2009, 11:26:08 PM JUST REMEMBER THE BIGGER THE BONUS, THE MORE PLAYTHRU, THE HARDER TO CASH OUT.....IF PLAYING RTG THE BEST BONUSES ARE THE ONES WITH NO MAX CASH OUT, BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW BIG THE BONUS IS...USUALLY YOU CAN ONLY CASH THE AMOUNT OF THE CHIP.....I FIND THAT THE MICROGAMMING ARE THE BEST TO CASH OUT AT, CAUSE THEY DON'T GIVE THAT BIG OF BONUSES...AND THEY HAVE NO MAX CASH OUTS....MY LUCKIEST HAVE BEEN VEGAS JOKER AND LUCKY NUGGET
Title: Re: QUESTIONS FOR GAMBLERS Post by: Shelli on May 12, 2009, 03:43:17 PM I might have to give Vegas Joker a try, I JUST love my Allslots tho! hehe
