Probably one of the grossest things I've tasted

I think I will stick with plain half and half for my joe.  What do you guys find disgusting to eat or drink?

A glass of milk makes me gag. Oh and when someone drinks the milk from the bowl after they finish their cereal  amp;

LOL I know a lot of people that do that. I have to turn away! Another thing that is pretty nasty is globs of mayonnaise. I know a girl who eats mayo sandwiches. Ewww

I prefer pints of beer. Now that's great stuff!

Love beer. .  Mayo sammich=ewwww.    I know of someone who uses it as a dip for chips.  I can tolerate mayo in small doses but I prefer miracle whip.

Froggy I concur with everything you posted above.  I'm not sure about vegemite, though.  I only know that from the song.  Another thing I can't stand is runny egg yolk.  Quickest way to make me gag.

Schweppes here in the UK is more of a brand but I gotta guess your most likely talking about the tonic water? Which is definitely pretty nasty stuff I'd say, but its actually only intended as a mixer for spirits isn't it? Please tell me you didn't buy it for a refreshing drink? lol

I actually have a major 'food phobia' I think, I've never been like clinically diagnosed or anything but I have a very limited diet and simply cannot cope with the thought of trying almost anything I am unfamiliar with. It causes me a lot of awkwardness in day to day life unfortunately People think that 'fussy eaters' are weird and strange whereas I simply wish people would respect my choices of what to eat instead of constantly badgering me to try this, try that, after I've already politely said no thankyou. Does anybody have a clue what I am talking about?

Nirvvana, it is widely available here although I am not sure on its popularity.  I have never tried it.

                Like I always say,  I'll try anything twice.....just to be sure.  LMAO   I agree Froggy, pints of beer are a always a winner in my book.    Wmmeden,  are you talking about "downunder"  by Men At Work?  Funny that's about the only context we hear vegemite used in America.    When I saw vegemite on this post that's the first thing I thought of.      And by the way,  Wscalley,  tonic water is good (provided there's a bit of gin to go with it).  Okay,  sorry to be getting off track guys,  I can't really think of too many gross....

Belly pork fat - any kind of fat that's not crispy (like streaky bacon) makes me gag uncontrollably.

I love mayo on my chips and I love full fat milk too and I have to admit to slurping the surplus milk from my cereal bowl

Hi this is Diane's twin sister Denise      The grossest thing I've tasted was when I was younger "  "  ......  hee he  I am seven minutes younger than Diane !  lolololololol... I had to add that....    but anyways,  My brother was acting like he was eating cool whip, and I asked him to give me a bite.... Well needless to say, LARD is so gross and I still lurch or gag to this day thinking about the big bite he gave me while laughing.    >:(    That Bastar..... oh sorry.....  yes it made me sick .... and still does.      amp;  amp;  amp; 

The aged Swiss cheese i just tasted at Kroger. That was some terrible stuff  amp;.

I hate sour cabbage, and any cooked cabbage dish. I'm getting really sick just by thinking about that.

My MIL is a great cook but every New Years Eve she makes potato soup  and put bacon in it.  The bacon gets all slimy and chewy.  ACK

My son works at a grocery store and there was a grasshopper in a bag of lettuce.  Gross, I know.  The customer approached my teen son and said "I think there is extra protein in this bag".  Cute way to handle it.

I don't like chocolate either.  Used to work at a clinic and patients brought in tons of boxes of chocolates during Christmas. Never ate one.  Took boxes home for husband.

Legumes. Blech... any beans gross me out. The texture is just... blech.

Toast
Cold butter.  Despise when someone ruins a perfectly good piece of bread by smearing cold butter on it or... those who serve premade meat on buns and slather it with butter, even a tad, and I can't eat it.

Of course, mushrooms, peas, omelets, ground up hamburger (the kind that goes in tacos).

Just read up; Peeps....yuck!  Add to that the chocolate easter eggs with the mushy crud inside. Ok, no Easter candy.

Who would like ANY of that?

And.. chewing on fat?  GroSS!!!!

One of the grossest foods that I had ever tasted is UNI also known as Sea Urchin. 

I enjoy sushi and am delighted with satisfaction with many different varieties but not Sea Urchin.  One try is enough for me not to ever eat this again.  The TEXTURE on my tongue, the bland disgusting TASTE.  Ugh... Awful. 

First and Last time eating Sea Urchin:  I was on a date, dining at an above average restaurant.  The sea urchin was among a variety of this sushi platter that we shared.  He suggested that I should try it because I opened my big mouth and asked my date if he liked this (pointing at the sea urchin while making a icky face).  I went along and tried the sea urchin.  Bleck!! I know this is rude of me but I couldn't eat it.  I spit it out, in a napkin right in front of him.  lol, I remember doing it fast that I didn't turn away to spit out the food in a more polite way. . 

I am a vegan so there's a lot of stuff I don't eat like meat, milk, eggs etc. But the worst thing I've tasted was asparagus. It was many years ago, when I was in Poland in a trip. It was a really salty (read- too salty) soup with pulpy asparagus..Just awful! But now I think maybe it was prepared badly, so in the future I might give it another shot..

OMG, I'm sorry I didn't weigh in here before!

I am such a PEEPS junkie, that my friends and family have bought them for me as gifts for my whole life (and I'm 58)!    My sister just got me some Halloween ones a couple of weeks ago.  lol  I can't imagine someone hating them.

I'm also a big buttermilk and all full fat dairy lover.  Interestingly enough, I ate low fat most of my life and my cholesterol ran a little high.  A couple of years ago I added all full fat back and increased my consumption for medical reasons, and my cholesterol went down, under 200 for the first time in my life!

The grossest thing I can think of is liver!  OMG, my mother used to force us to eat calve's liver when we were little, and I can still taste it.  Then my 1st husband liked chicken livers, and I would cook those for him, while standing about 2 feet away from the pan.  UGH!

I also recently made carrot salad for my mom, which consists of just shredded carrots and mayo, and lordy, was that gross.  I was gagging while I was mixing it, but she loved it.

I have to say that I would never taste the salad. I like carrots, but mayo... no way. That's certainly one of the foods I can't stand at all.

Oh LhasaLover I really don't like PEEPS I know so many people do but ugh I feel like I'm eating plastic.

I also think that hot dogs in the jar are horrific and would never try one. Speaking of hotdogs, I cannot stand relish. And those little sweet pickles....yuck.

Sausage (black pudding), this is a kind of sausage, made with the fresh blood of a pig, spices and lard pig (optional), can be eaten raw or fried.

My list:

- Polish beers
- salted peanut butter
- After Eight chocolate

But the winner is:

- products made by my girlfriend (I'm sorry Honey!  )

Advoghado, that Black Pudding Sausage looks absolutely disgusting!!  Reminds me of Haggus (sp?)  Has anyone here ever eaten that?  I haven't - just curious.

I am a peeps lover that goes way back! And they ain't just for Easter anymore!

              Okay,  I almost left this site to go to work and I saw the title.....I didn't want to look- I had to look.
These last pictures  are about to make a Vegan out of me....And by the way,  those PEEPS look damn good Lips   (I have an enormous sweet tooth).

They are good!!  Those are the ones my sis bought me a couple of weeks ago - and they didn't last more than 2 days. 

UGHHHHHHH I tasted black pudding. It does looks like turds lips . Was awful! Oh and head cheese....forget it! Nope. No way.

I know that some regions think this is delish but those old eggs. What are they called? They look rotten?

          You ever notice when people eat or taste something that's worse than nasty...I mean NA-ASTY,  they
almost always say  something like "  Oh that's awful,  here, try this"  .   

For me, one of disgusting things is macaroni with cheese  and sugar...i  can t see something like that: eat is exclus  in any case...

I suppose that most of the food we tasted,that were awful to us,we have tasted at someones else house,where were we invited as guests.I could try once again those smelly cheeses,I felt horrible after that.
