no faxback forms

does anyone know of any microgaming casino's that do not require any kind of forms to be sent in before a withdrawl can be made? i think it is absolutly ridiculous that any casino could care less who you are when making a deposit, but then when you want to cash out, suddenly they want to make sure they know who you are.. in my case, i just recently moved in with my boyfriend and of course all the bills are in his name and they want me to send in my id, plus a utility bill. i told the casino that none of the bills were in my name and was told a bank statement would work, but when i sent that in they told me again that i needed a utility bill!!!!!!!! any help would be greatly appreciated!

i havent had to send in any verifications for most of the microgaming sites i play at. i kinda stick to the fortune lounge group with my deposits, there have never been a problem, no ID/fax stuff. fast payouts. i cant say i have cashed out at many, but very few microgaming ones have required that.

Hi Satan,

I have not played at microgaming since the US ban, but when i did play their i never had to fax back a form. Money was deposited str8 into my checking account.

I have always used a bank statement.

Scan of Credit Card, sometimes if I am in a hurry I don't give them a faxback form, I just give them my license and Social Security, and tell them to use my signature on my S.S.

You just need to send a note stating that all statements are certified to be true, and they have permission to use SS as signature for signing this document.
