Good Luck getting any payouts from CoolCat. I won over 800 from them and they confiscated all of my winnings citing some crap about multiple free chips in a row. I was a regular depositer at the time and was really upset that they refused to pay me! Oh well, I just never deposited there again. My advice to you is to keep hounding them and maybe you will get paid if you are persistent. Do not give up and if they continue to stonewall you take up the matter with RTG. Maybe they will be able to help you get paid! I just do not deposit there anymore for that reason. It just is not worth the hassle!

Well U are right!! After asking for 3 weeks about the staus of my withdrawal...I was told today that my withdrawal was denied because I had played "Bonus Bingo" which was not allowed per their rules of my promo code. So I showed them a copy I saved of a chat where I specifically asked the "live help" rep if "Bonus bingo" was allowed and she assured me it was.

Well the person today says that he was sorry for her misinformation to me so they just recredited me the original deposit and told me to "start all over".

So I told them to stick thier so called "bonus" up where you know and I will never deal with them again!!!  They are thieves...pure and simple!!! When you are depositing man they will bend over backwards to help you...but when you try to collect you are the one that gets bent over!!! I urge every single person here to never deal with them!!!   I am going to stick to land based casinos...at least there if your gonna get screwed you can see it coming!

Thanks for the reply by the way.

you are very welcome and sorry that you didn't get paid. It seems that the only casinos that do not give you a hassle when you cash out are the microgaming casinos. I have been paid by rival casinos in the past (took about 1 week with just minimal hassle) Had to send documents and make a small deposit since the winnings were from a free chip. They did pay me though so I guess that was good  Cheesy.s But, microgaming casinos are the quickest in paying out 2-3 days tops using an electronic wallet such as quicktender or netteller. Whenever I deposit, it is usually at a microgaming casino.

If you have played at any of these casinos and used a credit card as deposit contact your credit card issuer and ask for all funds to be returned . You will be suprised when you tell the casinos that you will contact your credit card company. Had trouble for 11 months with a microgaming as soon as it was mentioned payment was received within 3 days. Also your states banking ombudsman will also help as they are not honouring their commitment to paying winnings as a depositing player. Hope this helps
