I have been paid by rival casinos in the past (took about 1 week with just minimal hassle) Had to send documents and make a small deposit since the winnings were from a free chip. They did pay me though so I guess that was good  .s But, microgaming casinos are the quickest in paying out 2-3 days tops using an electronic wallet such as quicktender or netteller. Whenever I deposit, it is usually at a microgaming casino.
