neteller ofline????

what is with neteller,,
the internetsite is offline,( have test 3 browsers not open the site)

i call with telefon to neteller support. no anwser


there is no longer neteller


please help,,

It was a DDoS attack.

And how successful was the attack? Is your account back aswell or its just the neteller welcome page?

I just hope they deal with this issue as soon as possible. I didn't know there were any problems yesterday and now this,  >:(

Dos attack ( denial of service ) is not to be messed with. what it does is it sends you tons of "traffic" to your site with fake site requests, for the sole purpose to overwhelm your servers as the site cant respond to all those queries.  and as the results the sites goes down.

The site is still offline.I hope that when they are back online our money will still be there,maibe we all get another zero added to the amount as an excuse for the inconvenience caused.

I hope they solve the issue soon, not really a good feeling to not be able to login.

Hi, how its now on your side? I can see the welcome page but it seems to be offline once I tried to login.

I managed to login ok.  Still no update on transferring funds to websites though.

Site appears to be online now.

I tried to withdraw some money from ATM using their mastercard yesterday, and although transaction was declined I see now that money was deducted from my balance regardless. There is a number of similar complaints on their facebook page as well. Transfer status is pending which means I'll have to wait now for final clearance before my money will return to my balance and that will take at least their standard 14 days or maybe even more because of all this chaos.

I advise everyone to test with small amounts before transferring larger ones until all this chaos sorts out.

Now I'm relieved that I didn't try to withdraw money with my card during this mess. I will wait a day or two just to be sure.

ahh, yes, its working now and I can see my balance aswell.

I've made a deposit to casino using my neteller like 15 hrs ago, both deposit and withdrawal worked fine for me
