Every day is special even though we can't always realize that. Sometimes just by an acknowledgement we could start to appreciate it. Even psychologists say that everyone should have some highlight of the day which actually could make life better. And I too believe that it would be very beneficial for every human being to recognize the good things that happen in their lives. In the end, it does not really matter if something is exciting or dull, trivial or important, because every moment should be cherished as special.
Maybe I started off a bit too serious.
Anyway, my moment of the day today was the hell of a workout that I had. Who'd say that loads of sweating can really make your day!
