I deposited $25 on Jackpot Capital last night and I have to say, I've not had too much luck on there lately.  I'm a silver VIP and trying to get myself to Gold for that $100 free chip they give you.

Anyway, I went to my favourite slot Honey to the Bee and bet 60c a spin.  I know $25 isn't much but I don't like to put too much on and I never use a bonus.

I started spinning and I could see it was pretty loose and I was hitting 5 of a kind Aces on a couple of occasions and then the bonus round came in.  It retriggered during the spins and then retriggered again.  I won $52 for those free spins which wasn't bad at 60c level.

After that I kept getting 5 x Aces which gave me $12 each time.  I thought about putting the bet up, but from experiences before, I decided against it as I always lose when I up the bet.

It started to go downhill for a while so I cam e off there with about $100 and went onto Outta This World - another favourite of mine.  I hit the free spins pretty sharpish and won 20 free spins and 5 x bet (60c again).  I managed to get $30 odd bucks for that.

I did play a few other slots but to no avail and decided to cash out at $150 which left me $10 to play with.  That $10 was gone in the blink of an eye.

It was a very short playing time and normally, I would just carry on and lose it all but I decided to take it out to use on other casinos.  A very nice result with a 6 x deposit cashout.  If only I could do that on every deposit.....I would be laughing all the way to the bank.

My very first online win was with one of the migrogaming, had gotten a freebie for signing up, spun here and there and soon it was gone. This also was my first time in an online casino, had really no idea what i was doing. I remember reading about getting 200% extra money if i make a deposit, thought about it, went to chat asking questions, not the questions we are supposed to ask now a days, but the question i asked was.. "really you are going to give me 2'x my money for FREE just to gamble at this site?" they asnswer "YES it is a spectacular bonus, here up don't miss out". They had me all hyped and thinking i better hurry so yes i did, and yes i got the bonus, thinking wow this is really cool. I head off and go play happy as can be. I played the Thunder Struck game, up and down my money went, but having a really good time playing this game. Well, it was getting a little boring and wasn't seeming to win anymore, so i moved to poker. Back then i was poker crazy, being from vegas i knew how to gamble, i just didn't know how to gamble online. Played the bonus poker and hit a royal within a few hands, 1000.00. Oh Man this is my lucky day, free money and a royal.. I decide to cashout. Funny to me but i thought cash-out was going to put my money aside, close the site come back later, and play some more.. i thought i was cashing out of the poker machine NOT the casino. I don't know why i was so confused or didn't understand what i was doing. Cash-out means you're cashing out. Came back later i don't find my money, i went to ask what happened, they told me.. you cashed out, i said yeah but where is it though LMAO... (im looking on both sides of my computer monitor thinking, theres no hopper and tray to pop the coins out, but im looking) anyways it was in my bank account, embarressing but this is my story of first time gambling and winning.

Actually there was a mistake with this as well, they did pay me all the money, later sent me an email explaining the mistake, and asked that i return the money, more emails exchanged and it was soon all fixed, theres more to it then this, just a quick hap explain, i just didn't put that in lol
So yes about playthroughs and bonuses i did learn that as well.

You didn't give the money back did you?

Please tell me you didn't give it back if it was already in your bank account. I mean, it sounds like you won it fair and square right? Did you violate their terms? Or did they make some kind of mistake? Either way, I hope you held on to it if it was already in your bank account.

Brad, everyone was telling me as you are, but i could not.. it's just something in me that says do the right thing, i was overpaid, a certain amount was supposed to be deducted, but they paid me straight away, here they were honest enough to pay me in the first place so quickly and decently it was my turn to do what is right... BUT they wanted me to give them back all of it, they would in turn remove what was overpaid then send me back the balance, i refused, only returning what was overpaid.. it all worked out

Well at least you didn't give it all back. I quess you did the "right" thing, which would probably make you a bigger person than me. Don't know if I would have given it back once I had my hands on it. I'd probably use some kind of expected value equation to decide the future risk/reward of keeping it vs giving it back based on the casinos rep, how they had treated me (and others) in the past, the nature and extent of their affiliates, etc. If it would ultimately have cost me more via damaged reputation and future possible earnings there and elsewhere then, yes, it would make more sense to give it back. But if I had some major bill(s) pressing up against me at the time, who knows?

How much did they overpay you anyway?

mmmm... brad ..tsk tsk   everything in life is a test. Justify or rationalize stealing is pure insanity. Become a bigger person by looking at the bigger picture.  (mmm not bad  maybe I'll copyright that one)

Maybe you're not so familiar w/some of the underhanded practices some of the players have experienced at the hands of online casinos. Not all of them of course; I know there's a lot that are very honest and reputable. But if any of them wants to test me by putting $1000 in my account, I'm up for that any day of the week.

Well since you put it that way, I know I probably wouldn't blink if go casino gave me back some of what I put in...A couple of years ago inside a brick and mortar I did the impossible and got a refund twice after hours and hundreds wasted.
