Hi Ayoung,

Certain states are banned from playing. Although you claim you do not live in Ky...you might live in a state that has stricter laws. As it stands i think there is currently 11 states that some casinos ban from playing in the US.

Perhaps you are one of these restricted states. The reply may come up generic with using Ky as the example. I'm not sure.

What state do you currently live in and what casino's are stating this?

Hi ayoung,

I have that problem also, i live in Ohio and at some online casinos when you try to go to there home page it says "were sorry but we do not except residents from Kentucky" one casino i know of that does that to me is "online vegas casino" oh and "millionaire casino" which are both vegas technolgy sites, if you want to play and do not live in Kentucky you need to get there 800 number and they will tell you how you can get to there site, hope this helps.

Oh I see, they just pick one banned state, and use it for all of them, instead of just saying  "You live in a Jurisdiction that does not allow online gambling...", they just put the worse one in there.

Well I hope Tony's advice helps..let us know.

This is typical of all of the Vegas Technology sites.
I live in Indiana and get the same message, I have had comments from missouri, ohio and michigan as well that folks there get a similar message.

What is bad is that I have accounts at all of them but after a computer crash a couple months back I had to reload everything, and being as I was now in Indiana cannot even access the websites to download.
