I believe Hell is reserved 4 killers & those that perpetrate crimes upon children, etc. If I didn't believe this, I'd b in big trouble, 4 I have a few ideas of how I would deal w/ these animals if given free rein 2 do so.

I have read so as a "Man thinketh, so shall he be." It's the power of your thoughts. They say if you can close your eyes and see your heaven that is what it will be. I do know your soul never dies, if you were funny here on earth you will be funny in heaven. The near death studies done by Harvard and Yale, interestingly enough were people who have gone to a church or had been indoctrinated on a weekly basis about this firery place by their preacher, had near death HELL experiences. People who had no indoctrination and believed in a heaven but did not attend church on a regular basis, all had heavenly experiences. Go figure. Thoughts are things! If you think of something it gives it much weight. It gives it life, so to speak. It you don't think it, it does not enter your exsistance, therefore it has no weight. Think positive always. BTW, I do attend church, not just one, all different denominations. But I do not, go to the fire and brimstone preachers. Do I believe in Hell? Somewhat, but my hell is not your hell. It is regrets, our conscience, things we knew better but did anyway. Clear your conscience, while your still alive, make good some call this karma. Are we doomed for eternity ABSOLUTELY NOT!! God is Universal, and exsists in all religions, just under a different name.

Again, great interesting discussions. (Heaven/Hell) But most seem to be on the level of wishful thinking still. "Hell" comes from the words: Hades, Sheol, and Ghenna. ALL places are mythical.
Heaven and Hell are experienced here on earth.

Well, sticking my opinion: "By grace, ye are saved by Faith, not any works of man, lest ye boast" So all the good you do means nothing if you haven't accepted the Savior. Now this would open this to conjecture of those who never heard the word. I cannot speak about that as I'm not .000001 learned as some of the pastors I have met and you can get 10 in a room and get several differing opinions and then possibly a fight breaks out It is strange how people can interpert the bible in so many ways. Thus, factions have occured and led to dissent with other churches. I guess go with the church/religion/faith you are happy with. The rest is speculation.

Really love you Geneco and respect your opinion. I am sure you have all heard this story. Peter at the gates of heaven was showing around a new comer to heaven he showed him the big green lawns and sprawling golf courses, Peter replied those are the Mormons golfing, showed him the great library's and said oh those are the Lutherans reading, they even walked passed the greatest chorus with millions singing, Peter replied oh those are the Baptists singing. Then they came across a big wall that covered an enormous space that had no ending or beginning? The New comer asked what's behind the wall? Peter replied we must be quiet those are the Catholics they think they are the only ones up here. Now I am born and raised catholic, I heard this when I was very young my mother a baptist, evangelist. I decided that although this information is needed here on earth even in hospitals what you claim to be? When you arrive they already know what club you belong to. You do Not go as a Catholic or Lutheran or Mormon you go simply as yourself, and arrive as you, then I believe God says show me what you have done with the life I gave you. In Sanskrit culture upon meeting someone new they say The God in me salutes the God in you" NAMASTE ~ "The Spirit in me greets the spirit in you." Sometimes out loud sometimes they whisper it to themselves. Either way like it or not, God is in all of us. And if I am right or wrong we can't come back and say "I told you so". But I can tell you if and when you EVER loose someone you truly LOVE unexpectedly when BOOKS are not enough to relieve your pain, you will search as I did. I believe in people in ALL religions, I adore animals they pick us, we don't pick them. I believe every Religion gets to go to Heaven. Also keep in mind that Jesus, when he walked the EARTH did not go from town to town saying READ the Bible, read the Bible. It did not exist and was written by man, Guttenberg was the first and they all met and discussed what would and would NOT appear in the Bible, many denominations. Read your history. My God is bigger than a Book, and a building that is called a church. If you act like a heathen monday thru saturday and don't help your neighbor or lend a hand to a stranger or settle a fight or stop to help someone then walking thru a door on sunday is not going to save you. God is open 24/7 if you saw it with your own eyes or felt it in your heart to do something about it or drove passed it. God made you see that or hear that You are supposed to do something. There are many people God shows things and they keep on walking, be someone God can use. Sorry Geneco it's Sunday I feel the Spirit. Be Blessed everyone.
