This cake is DANGEROUS!  .jpg?cf1ef637-18fe-4ace-921f-07d517686566) 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) A small splash of vanilla extract 1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe) Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT ! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous). And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night! katt |

I know, I have really stepped over the line this time blue... but, if I have to eat this dangerous cake I thought it would be good if you all did too... you know... in support!! Or is that we will all need to wear support after we eat them... shapers, slimmers, girdles...   As for the oil any light cooking oil... although I am not sure I would use olive oil for this... I just have wesson oil which is a vegetable oil...  katt |

Mix in your mug
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
pinch of salt optional
Add
2 tbsp milk
splash of vanilla
1 tsp oil pinch of salt
Place a dollop of peanut butter in the middle, but don't mix it in. Microwave on high for 1 min.
