I start with around $1000, I like to play 3 tables at the same time.... I find I play too many crap hands if I am only playing one table.

That is too good, if you started with only 1000$ and made 2000$ per month.

I have friends that are making a lot of money online. Poker, betting. All of them have problem with the eyes so I prefer for now to work in a normal job.

Not exactly what I meant, I actually started with around $300 some months back and won $1000 very quickly, but I am not new to poker and did play smaller games with small success a few years back. These days I bring around $1000 to a poker room so I can play max buy-in at 3 tables.

I think that not many people became rich by gambling !
After my mind only  15% off all players have constant profit from gambling.
Other 60 % does not lose much ( or win a little) .
But 25 % is a constant profit of casinoes , because they lose some biggest sums.

Its good only if you are good in this game. If you arent then it will be very hard for you and you will feel bad when you lose.

It is very hard to live from it. You must have a at first a lot of money to start. Then its a lot of stress, because you know you rely only on that.
