i'm pretty sure that most of the pre paids are not accepted hardly anywhere anymore due to the new us laws getting stricter.
btw, there are a few good RTG casinos out there, you just need to know which ones they are. Usually you can tel this by what kinda offers they have. Like inetbet casino does give out a free chip now and then, but always only $5, but you can not use free chips back to back, you must deposit in between them. Also, other RTG's such as Rushmore casino and Cherry Red casino, which do not give out free chips.
Slots of vegas{prism's sister site}, VIP Lounge, Betroyal, these are all rogued casinos and i would not reccommend wasting your time with free chips there much less making a deposit. And if any of you get paid from a free chip there, i would probably die of Shock.
Not to mention, i do not see why people promote such casinos, well i guess i do, they just go sign up for an affiliate account, get a few banners, place them on a website, which anyone can get a free website now a days, and promote these casinos without ever doing any research or with anycares for the players they send to the casinos, which in my opinion is a very disrespectful business practice.

best thing you can do is always read terms and conditions for any casino, google the casinos that you are interested in and see what good or bad stuff is being said about them, or you can visit such sites as which only promote the most trusted and reliable gambling sites on the net.
Casinomeister is primarly a casino watchdog more or less, that helps protect online players and an outlet for posting bad casinos or reputable casinos. you guys, really should be aware of this site when thinking about making deposits, because they can save you alot of grief in the long run.
As far as Microgaming casinos go, November 10th was the last day that Microgaming allowed new signups from the USA. This holds true to most Microgaming casinos, but you may find a couple here and there that possibly may still accept new USA signups.
As mentioned in a post above, Villento's is a great casino i cashed out $1130 about 2 1/2 months ago with no problems.
