Hi Gang,
I have a funny little story, I will admit I didn't find it funny when it happened, but I am over it.
My only child is 8 years and a girl. (She is 8 going on 17!) The other night at dinner I made a comment about turning 40 in a few weeks. My hubby said "Don't sweat honey, you don't look a day over 39." We all laughed and I said With these wrinkles getting deeper by the minute and my hair turning more gray by the day, soon you will be calling me granny!" That night my hubby and daughter went to Lowes, to get some stuff to finish our bathroom. My daughter comes home and gives me this stuff and says, "Hey mom look at this, it says it is used to fill in the cracks, put this between your wrinkles and no one will no how old you are, and if this isn't enough it is on sale this week, you can buy more, Lowes has a ton if it."
End of story and she is grounded until she is 50!

Hiya LH,
I cracked up when i read that.......too cute!! Kids say the most amazing things. What is precious is how she absorbed your comments and was on a mission to help her mom!!!
Don't ground her too long.........wink!!!
Thanks for sharing!
