From what you know now, which admittedly is not complete, do you feel Nidal Hasan, the gunman at Ft. Hood who killed 13 service personel, is a mental case (suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder by Proxy) or a terrorist?

Well, that's an interesting question.

Finding info is interesting.

He'd come from Palestine, he'd been harassed by other soldiers for being Muslim (Not an excuse) and He had also more recently expressed deep concerns about being sent to Iraq or Afghanistan.

I suspect, he got a bit too deep into the Koran and decided he didn't want to go, but knew he'd go to prison for refusing.

So, he tried (I'm guessing) to take the cowards way out.

I'd say he's both, as well as a couple other words that I don't think I better write.....
As 4 his not wanting 2 go 2 Afghanistan....... hey, he didn't mind taking the money 2 pay 4 his education, & when u r in the service u don't get 2 pick & choose which battles you'll fight.  He had an obligation 2 fulfill his responsibility 2 the military, & I have ZERO sympathy 4 him.
