I've been stewing about this for days.  After being accepted to Crystal Palace and playing for over 4 months.  Won some, but lost it all in the end.      I was up to a nice 15g when I asked live support all the questions about verification of my acct. , was told they don't accept players from my state....WA.   Then I was blocked !  Lost all my comp points.  I signed on at my ex's house and he signed up, they accepted his account.  I then went to live support to ask questions.  Here is the chat log that I enclosed in an email to support:
